"We started our home planning with Riverwood late 2018 when we heard they were building in the city we wanted to live in. That same week, we began speaking with Sam who showed us a model home in the Centerton area. As we toured the home, we knew Riverwood was the next home builder we wanted to work with. We were excited as Sam pointed out everything the home included with the base price. Our last home builder considered everything an “upgrade” so we were relieved knowing Riverwood would build us a better quality home without nickel and diming us.

Our home was finally complete June 2021. Throughout the entire process, Sam kept in contact with us and kept us updated with the progress and setbacks due to the inflation of material during the pandemic. Sam was always there for us whenever we had concerns or questions about our build.

One of the most exciting parts of building our home was choosing the home colors and materials. We liked how Riverwood had many choices to pick from and the quality of material. Since we moved in, we have not had any concerns with the home and the Riverwood warranty team has been there when needed.

We plan on staying in this home for years to come but when it’s time to build our next home, we plan on reaching out to the Riverwood team once again."
